Book A Class

Floorplay

  • Beginner - Thursdays 8pm

  • Floorplay is a class dedicated to getting comfortable with the floor through learning a piece of choreography!

    This class can feel great in a heel or just socks.

    It is recommended to wear knee pads if you aren't used to spending time in kneeling positions.

    This class is a great confidence builder for those looking to connect with their feminine side in a supportive and welcoming environment!

Theatre Jazz

  • Intermediate - Thursdays 6pm

  • Theatre jazz is a broader term that encompasses dance styles used in musical theatre and performance arts. It includes Broadway jazz, but also features music beyond just Broadway tunes.

    This class consists of a warm up, corner progressions and a combination to finish.

    Combinations include dynamic movements, controlled lines & various moods/intentions.

Street Choreography

  • Intermediate - Mondays 7pm & Wednesdays 8pm

  • Street Choreography combines hip-hop-inspired movement and commercial dance with creativity, musicality, and self-expression. Expect versatile, dynamic, and exploratory choreography that challenges dancers to perform with expression. It isn’t tied to one specific foundation and often focuses on creative movement, musical interpretation and performance.

Commercial Jazz

  • Intro Level - Tuesdays 5pm

    Beginner- Mondays 7pm, Wednesdays 5pm & Fridays 6:30pm

    Intermediate- Tuesdays 7pm

    Advanced- Wednesdays 6pm

  • Commercial Jazz is a class focused on learning a short combination of choreography. This style is influenced by current Jazz & Hip-Hop choreography used in music videos, stage performances & more. Join this class to work on refining shapes, dynamics, and performance quality!

Heels

  • Intro Level - Tuesdays 6pm & Thursdays 7pm

    Beginner (Heels and Feels) - Mondays 8pm

    Intermediate - Wednesdays 7pm & Thursdays 7pm (Heels and Feels)

    Advanced - Tuesdays 6pm

  • Our Heels classes are dedicated to learning the technique and history behind the style, with Intro Level providing technique progressions only, Beginner Level providing half technique and half choreography, and Intermediate & Advanced being more intricate and challenging sets of choreography.

    Class can be done either in heels or sneakers/socks.

    Focusing on control, shapes & musicality, this class is a fun & supportive environment for those looking to express different moods and coordinate movement through the body.

Ballet

  • Beginner- Mondays 6pm, Tuesday 7pm, Wednesdays 7pm and Thursdays 9:30am

    Intermediate- Mondays 5pm and Fridays at 7am

  • Our ballet class works through barre work to center work consisting of port de bras, pirouettes & allegro.

    Our classes cater to dancers of different ability levels by offering simplified and more challenging options in a supportive and welcoming environment!

    The Beginner class is best suited to those with some prior dance class experience. The Inter/Adv ballet class is best suited to those with prior ballet experience.

    If you've never taken a dance class before, consider booking a private lesson first to get an introduction to this style and build confidence before jumping in for the first time!

Lyrical

  • Beginner- Mondays 5pm

    Intermediate- Mondays 6pm and Fridays 5:30pm

  • This class teaches expressive choreography inspired by song lyrics, blending contemporary and ballet techniques. It’s ideal for dancers wanting to convey emotion through movement.

    New to dance? Try a private lesson first to get comfortable before joining the class.

Hip-Hop Choreography

  • Beginner - Thursdays 5pm

    Intermediate - Tuesdays 8pm

  • This class is focused on learning a phrase of hip-hop choreography in a supportive & uplifting environment.

    We recommend pairing this class with Hip-Hop Foundations Class to get a deeper understanding of Hip-Hop and expand your movement vocabulary.

Hip-Hop Foundations

  • Beginner- Mondays 7pm, Tuesdays 6pm and Wednesdays 6pm

    Intermediate- Thursdays 6pm

  • Hip-Hop Foundations is all about developing the core techniques of hip-hop. You'll work on grooves and drills that build style, boost confidence, and lay the groundwork for freestyle and choreography. It’s ideal for dancers wanting to go deeper into the styles and context of hip-hop culture.

House

  • Beginner- Tuesdays 5pm

    Intermediate- Wednesdays 6pm

  • House class focuses on learning the key steps of House Dance and combining them into a short routine, set to music from the genre.

    House Dance began in underground clubs in Chicago and New York in the late ’70s and early ’80s. Known for its fast footwork and groovy rhythms, it’s rooted in hip-hop’s freestyle and battle culture.

GROOVES

  • Beginner- Saturdays 10:30am

  • This class focuses on foundational grooves, bounce, flow, and musicality, blending hip-hop foundations with smooth, soulful movement. Expect repetition, easy-to-follow sequences, and space to add your own style.

RNB

  • Beginner- Tuesdays 7pm and Fridays 9:30am

    Intermediate- Mondays 6pm and Friday 6:30pm

  • Get your RnB fix with a class that blends commercial and hip-hop styles for the ultimate feel-good session.

    It’s perfect for dancers who want to play with musicality, dynamics, and vibe out listening to classic tracks.

TAP

  • Intro - Wednesdays 4pm

    Intermediate - Thursdays 5pm

  • Come and make some noise with us in tap class! There’s nothing more satisfying than a room full of people creating rhythm together!

    This class is perfect for dancers who want to play with musicality, isolation, and create sounds to their favourite music!

    (This class can be done without tap shoes - bring along a pair of sneakers or boots!)
